DECADE NOT DEAD
A KIWI SOLO PARENT'S JOURNEY THROUGH DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, BURN OUT & POVERTY

RECOVERING AFTER A DECADE OF NOT-DEADNESS
return home to yourself
I'm Alice Eden and for a decade I was less than just existing. I most certainly did not feel alive. I felt basically, simply, not dead.
I left myself behind, somewhere along the way. It's been ten years since last we met, but I've recently caught a glimpse of her shadow out of the corner of my eye.
By looking back I hope to journey forward. Back home to me.
